I've had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms offer an incredible view of the garden and swimming pool, but unfortunately, issues like the air conditioning not working and cleanliness problems were a letdown. The service was friendly and accommodating, especially from Mr Najeb and Ms. Nadia. The location is convenient for accessing taxis but lacks the usual security of a 5-star hotel. The dining options were excellent, with a lovely variety of healthy choices available. Despite some flaws, the hotel's facilities were generally good.
